Explore our precision-manufactured plastic components widely applied across Dutch automotive, medical, and high-tech industries.
We aim to delight our global customers with a highly flexible rapid prototype, precision CNC machining and plastic injection molding services. At 2010, Creatingtec Rapid Manufacturing Limited was started by two experienced mechanical engineers with an extensive background in precision machining and plastic injection mold tool manufacture. With an initial investment in two CNC machines, we quickly expanded our manufacturing capabilities to include CNC machining, injection molding, and molding production shop in our 2000m² manufacturing facility.
Located in Wuhan, and with customers from all over the world, we have amassed extensive experience in developing hardware and components. We have a wide range of experience producing parts and complete products with varying levels of complexity from many different industries. This experience has enabled our team to develop in-depth knowledge when it comes to ensuring parts are made right the first time.
Under our ISO9001-2005 Quality Management System, we have developed robust and reliable procedures for managing projects. We have five inspectors that not only perform first-article, in-process, and final inspection, but they also work side by side with our shop floor staff to ensure that we meet our customers' requirements.

Over a decade of precision manufacturing excellence serving clients across the Netherlands and Europe.
The Netherlands stands as one of Europe's most innovative hubs for plastics manufacturing, driven by world-class logistics, a highly skilled workforce, and a strong commitment to sustainable industrial practices.
The Netherlands is home to over 1,500 plastics processing companies, employing approximately 35,000 professionals. The Port of Rotterdam — Europe's largest port — enables seamless global supply chains, making the Netherlands a prime location for importing raw polymer materials and exporting finished plastic components to markets across Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
The Dutch high-tech corridor, particularly in the Eindhoven and Brainport region, drives significant demand for precision plastic components. Companies like ASML, Philips, and NXP Semiconductors rely on ultra-precise polymer parts for semiconductor equipment, medical imaging devices, and consumer electronics. Plastic injection molding and CNC-machined PMMA/POM components are critical to these industries.
The Netherlands has a vibrant automotive supply chain, with DAF Trucks headquartered in Eindhoven and numerous Tier-1 and Tier-2 suppliers operating throughout the country. Engine lamp cover components, dashboard assemblies, and under-hood plastic parts are in high demand. Dutch automotive manufacturers increasingly require lightweight, heat-resistant plastic components to meet EU emission and efficiency standards.
The Dutch government's National Circular Economy Programme targets a 50% reduction in the use of new raw materials by 2030. This is reshaping the plastics manufacturing landscape, with a growing emphasis on recyclable polymers, bio-based plastics, and closed-loop production systems. Manufacturers serving the Netherlands market must align with these sustainability standards to remain competitive.
The Netherlands is a global leader in water management and renewable energy. Plastic components play a vital role in water treatment infrastructure, offshore wind turbine assemblies, and solar energy systems. Precision-molded plastics are used in pump housings, valve components, and protective enclosures for renewable energy installations across Dutch coastal regions.
The Netherlands is one of the world's largest food exporters, and the packaging industry is a major consumer of plastic manufacturing services. From food-grade injection-molded containers to precision-formed packaging components, Dutch food and agri-tech companies require high-quality, hygienic plastic solutions that comply with EU food safety regulations.
The Dutch plastics sector is undergoing rapid transformation, shaped by digital innovation, environmental regulation, and global supply chain dynamics.
Dutch plastics manufacturers are rapidly adopting Industry 4.0 technologies including IoT-connected injection molding machines, real-time quality monitoring systems, and AI-driven predictive maintenance. Smart factories in the Netherlands are achieving up to 30% reductions in production waste and significant improvements in dimensional accuracy for precision plastic parts.
With the EU Single-Use Plastics Directive and the Dutch Green Deal in full effect, demand for bio-based and chemically recyclable polymers is surging. Netherlands-based manufacturers are investing in PLA, PHA, and recycled PET materials for injection molding applications, particularly in packaging, medical devices, and consumer goods.
3D printing is increasingly being used alongside traditional injection molding in the Netherlands for rapid prototyping and low-volume production. Dutch companies in the aerospace, medical, and electronics sectors leverage SLA, SLS, and FDM technologies to accelerate product development cycles and reduce tooling costs before committing to full-scale injection molding production.
Post-pandemic supply chain disruptions have accelerated the trend of nearshoring plastic component manufacturing. Many Dutch companies are seeking reliable manufacturing partners that combine competitive pricing with high quality standards and fast delivery. Global manufacturers like Creatingtec, with robust ISO-certified processes and international shipping capabilities, are well-positioned to serve this growing demand.
The Netherlands has a thriving medtech cluster, with companies like Philips Healthcare, Cochlear, and numerous SMEs developing cutting-edge medical devices. Demand for medical-grade plastic components — including sterilizable housings, optical-grade PMMA lenses, and precision POM gears — is growing rapidly, requiring manufacturers to meet stringent ISO 13485 and FDA compliance standards.
Dutch procurement teams are increasingly turning to online manufacturing platforms to source plastic components globally. Instant quoting tools, digital design file uploads, and real-time order tracking are becoming standard expectations. Manufacturers that offer seamless digital customer experiences alongside high-quality production capabilities have a significant competitive advantage in the Netherlands market.
