The process of CNC machining technology is subtractive. It involves the removal of raw material from a workpiece using several precision cutting tools. Thus making precision parts or products. At Creatingtec, we use CAM software and U/G to assist in controlling the equipment based on your 3D design specifications. Also, our engineers can program the equipment to enhance cutting time, surface finish and final tolerance to achieve your needs. CNC Turned Parts

CNC Milled Parts
We apply CNC milling in achieving a machined surface finish. It is also good for making complex 3D shapes. Also, we make use of both domestic and imported 3, 4 and 5 axis CNC machining centers. These machines use the advanced Delcam software to make quick tool changes.

EDM/ Wire EDM and Surface Grinding
EDM has the capability of cutting pockets, holes and other shapes into hardened steel. It can also leave a surface texture to the internal cavities of mold tools. The method starts by immersing a sacrificial electrode in an electrolyte bath. Then, we generate a high powered electric spark to erode away very hard materials. We have to continuously feed this wire through two spools. Thus we are able to cut through hardened steel tools accurately and fast. This is usually difficult with other methods. We often make square pockets using this method.
At Creatingtec, we also provide surface grinding services. This involves placing a workpiece on a stationary plate. Then a computer-guided grinding surface wheel abrades a precise depth of the workpiece.
