We make your rapid mold tools using top-notch P20, H13 and Nak80 tool steels. We machine them using our multi-axis, CNC mills, EDM machines and grinders. They allow us to create complex shapes along with an array of multiple surface finishes. This includes everything that ranges in between matte and the highest optical polish. We can even add custom textures through photoetching. Moreover, we partner with other companies to provide us with the best cutting tools. This enables us to optimize on speed while sticking to the set tight tolerances.

We use X-rays in assessing the exact molecular structure of all raw materials. Be sure that you will obtain the exact material grade you want. Tooling Tolerances and Finishing Guidelines
The standard tolerances conform to DIN-2768-1-fine. This differs for custom molding tools. We often make custom core and cavities of mold tools based on the set classification system. Their guidelines are vital when applying the final general surface finishing.
