• Can Creatingtec make design drawings for me?

  At Creatingtec, we only offers custom product manufacturing services, from design and production for your approval projects. Which means that we work with customers together to optimize their 2D and 3D drawings in order to improve manufacturability, resolve design conflicts and reduce production cost. 

• What types of design files does Creatingtec accept for quoting?

  In order to provide an accurate and timely quote, we only accept 3D CAD files in STL, STEP or IGES format. 2D drawings with reference dimensions must be in PDF format. We must receive complete manufacturing information as part of this technical documentation. 

• How long does a quotation take?

  In most cases, we will response you in 12 hours, and quote you in 24 hours. Of course, if the items is more, maybe we will quote you in 48 hours, will discuss with you in time. 

• Can customers use own materials for production?

  Of course, customers can supplier the materials to us for production. 

• How does customers know their design will be kept confidential?

  We of course will sign and adhere to any non-disclosure or confidentiality agreement. We also have a strict policy within our factory that no photographs are ever allowed of a customer’s product without express permission. We do never allowing any proprietary information to be disclosed to a third party.

• How does Creatingtec compare to others companies on prices?

  Usually, our price is lower 50-75% for CNC machining parts and injection tooling projects when compared to Europe and America’s supplies. Of course, as compared to Chinese local supplier, we usually choose to not to compare them, while, offers the excellent quality, rapid response, and professional services.

• How quickly customers can get their parts?

  If you can provide us the full 2D and 3D drawings, for samples needs, then we can ship them in 3-5 days, for production needs, then we can ship them in 10-12 days. Of course, if there are more items, we need to discuss with you for the delivery time. Anyway, we will do our best to meet your needs.

  For the shipping term, we use DHL, UPS, express via air freight, which can take 4-5 days to your door.
