Precision-engineered injection molding tooling designed for Luxembourg's demanding electronics, automotive, and consumer goods manufacturing industries.
We aim to delight our global customers with a highly flexible rapid prototype, precision CNC machining and plastic injection molding services. At 2010, Creatingtec Rapid Manufacturing Limited was started by two experienced mechanical engineers with an extensive background in precision machining and plastic injection mold tool manufacture. With an initial investment in two CNC machines, we quickly expanded our manufacturing capabilities to include CNC machining, injection molding, and molding production shop in our 2000m² manufacturing facility.
Located in Wuhan, and with customers from all over the world, we have amassed extensive experience in developing hardware and components. We have a wide range of experience producing parts and complete products with varying levels of complexity from many different industries. This experience has enabled our team to develop in-depth knowledge when it comes to ensuring parts are made right the first time.
Under our ISO9001-2005 Quality Management System, we have developed robust and reliable procedures for managing projects. We have five inspectors that not only perform first-article, in-process, and final inspection, but they also work side by side with our shop floor staff to ensure that we meet our customers' requirements.

Luxembourg's strategic position at the heart of Europe, combined with its thriving advanced manufacturing ecosystem, makes it an ideal market for precision injection molding design services.
Luxembourg has evolved from a steel-centric economy into a diversified advanced manufacturing hub. The country's industrial zone in Esch-sur-Alzette and the Belval technology campus host numerous high-tech manufacturers that require precision plastic components. Local companies increasingly demand injection molding design services that can deliver complex, tight-tolerance parts for electronics, automation systems, and smart infrastructure solutions.
Luxembourg is home to significant automotive and logistics operations, including major European distribution centers for leading car brands. The growing electric vehicle (EV) transition across the Greater Region — encompassing Luxembourg, Belgium, France, and Germany — is driving demand for lightweight plastic injection molded components such as EV battery housings, connectors, interior trims, and sensor enclosures that require precision tooling and rapid iteration.
Luxembourg's growing life sciences and medical technology sector, supported by the Luxembourg Institute of Health (LIH) and several biotech startups in the Technoport incubator, creates consistent demand for medical-grade plastic injection molded parts. Diagnostic device housings, lab equipment components, and wearable health monitoring device enclosures all require the kind of precision and quality management that ISO-certified injection molding design companies can provide.
As Europe's leading FinTech hub, Luxembourg hosts over 150 financial technology companies that increasingly require custom hardware solutions — from payment terminal enclosures to secure data device housings. These products demand injection molded plastic parts with high cosmetic standards, EMI shielding integration, and precise dimensional accuracy, making professional injection molding design services essential for Luxembourg's ICT hardware sector.
Luxembourg has established itself as a European leader in the space economy, home to SES Global and a growing cluster of NewSpace startups under the SpaceResources.lu initiative. Injection molded components play a critical role in satellite ground equipment, antenna housings, and aerospace-grade enclosures. The demand for lightweight, high-performance plastic parts that meet stringent aerospace standards is rapidly growing within Luxembourg's space technology ecosystem.
Luxembourg's national commitment to carbon neutrality by 2050 and its circular economy strategy are reshaping manufacturing procurement. Companies in Luxembourg are actively seeking injection molding design partners who can work with recycled and bio-based polymers, optimize material usage through design for manufacturability (DFM), and reduce waste. Sustainable injection molding solutions are becoming a key differentiator for suppliers serving the Luxembourg market.
Creatingtec is committed to providing top quality rapid prototyping, rapid tooling, precision CNC machining, and metal sheet fabrication services. We provide high quality design and manufacturing solutions that can have your design finished in a matter of hours.
This gives you the opportunity to rigorously verify your new products, and make all the needed changes to perfect your design before it goes into full-scale production. For Luxembourg businesses, this means dramatically reduced time-to-market and a significant competitive advantage in fast-moving sectors like FinTech hardware, medical devices, and automotive components.
For the next decade, Creatingtec continuously devotes engineering technologies, precision machine equipment, digital manufacturing, and worker training to promote product design and manufacturing capabilities to serve our global customers — including those in Luxembourg and across the Greater European Region.
Creatingtec's vision is to help global customers accelerate innovation from design, prototype, and production to marketing. We shape the future by bringing customer ideas to life across every stage of their product life cycle.
Comprehensive manufacturing solutions tailored for Luxembourg's diverse industrial sectors — from rapid prototyping to full-scale production.

The injection molding industry in Luxembourg and across Europe is undergoing rapid transformation driven by digitalization, sustainability mandates, and advanced material science.
Luxembourg's manufacturing sector is at the forefront of Industry 4.0 adoption. Smart injection molding machines equipped with IoT sensors, real-time process monitoring, and AI-driven quality control are becoming standard in European production facilities. Injection molding design companies serving Luxembourg clients must integrate digital manufacturing workflows, simulation-driven mold design (using tools like Moldflow and Sigmasoft), and cloud-based project management to remain competitive.
The EU's Green Deal and Luxembourg's own climate strategy are accelerating the transition to sustainable materials in injection molding. Demand for bio-based PLA, recycled PET, and ocean-recovered plastics is growing among Luxembourg's consumer goods and packaging sectors. Injection molding design companies must now offer expertise in processing these alternative materials while maintaining dimensional accuracy and mechanical performance.
Luxembourg's medical technology and FinTech hardware sectors are driving demand for micro-injection molding — producing plastic parts with features measured in microns. Wearable health monitors, implantable device components, and miniaturized payment hardware all require ultra-precision mold design and processing capabilities. This trend demands injection molding design companies with advanced metrology equipment and cleanroom production capabilities.
Increasingly, Luxembourg manufacturers are specifying multi-material and overmolded components to reduce assembly steps and improve product performance. Two-shot molding and insert molding techniques allow rigid structural components to be combined with soft-touch materials in a single production step. This is particularly relevant for Luxembourg's consumer electronics and automotive interior component suppliers who need ergonomic, aesthetically refined parts.
Post-pandemic supply chain disruptions have prompted many Luxembourg companies to diversify their injection molding supply chains. While cost-effective manufacturing in Asia remains attractive, Luxembourg businesses are increasingly seeking injection molding design partners with proven quality systems, transparent communication, and reliable international logistics — qualities that position Creatingtec as an ideal partner for Luxembourg's manufacturing community.
Luxembourg's innovation-driven companies are embracing digital twin technology in product development. Injection molding design companies that offer mold flow simulation, warpage analysis, and cooling optimization before cutting steel provide significant value by reducing costly tooling revisions. This simulation-first approach is becoming a standard expectation among Luxembourg's sophisticated manufacturing clients who demand right-first-time tooling performance.
