    ● Own 5 sets 5-axis CNC machining centers, 8 3+2 axis CNC milling machines, 10 sets 3 axis CNC machining, CNC turning and 8 sets injection machines.

    ● 2 sets slow-EDM, 2 sets larger Lathe, and 2 sets grinding machines under 0.005mm tight tolerance.

    ● The secondary finishing including anodizing, power coating and more.

    What’s The Project Challenge For The Projects?

    The main challenge is the product appearance and tolerance, the customer ask us to make inspect 100%, and offers dimension report. The inspect facilities provided to inspect the pasts one by one, without any deformation and colors deviation, the customer provide us the electronic parts for assembly testing. The delivery time is 25 days for 500 sets goods.

    Our engineering team make the production feasibility analysis for project before production, since this is one full project assembly.

    The plastic parts, we make DFM report, Tooling layout, and mold flow analysis to ensure the 1st shot succeed.

    The metal parts, we also make CNC program simulate to ensure tool path planning before production.

    How To Understand and Make The Whole Project? 

    First, Creatingtec team conducted a careful design overview to understand the parts and suggest improvements when possible. Then, we makes the product DFM and projects purposed report for review before production.

    For the plastic parts, our engineer team have new products meeting to analysis the whole products to ensure the production tooling and production smooth, and reduce the trail mold time.

    All of our plastic tooling we are running below 5-step process:

    1. Our engineer make DFM report and mold flow analysis for review before tooling.

    2. Engineering review and revise the production process

    3. Mount the workpiece on the machine and adjust the setup

    4. Monitor production and all functions

    5. Do adjustment the cutting and casting programs when necessary

    These practices are typically repeated in any injection tooling project and CNC machining process, the cutting programs used are unique for each part. We had to consider things like machine type, part geometry, tool type, and raw material, and steel materials.

    What’s The Surface Finishing Can Be Done After CNC Machining and Injection Parts?

    After most of the electronic device parts are CNC machined and plastic tooling, we will provide good finishing like anodizing, powder coating, and silk-screen.

    Support and Cover parts, we need to do CNC machining, or Vacuum casting process, when mass production, we need to do injection tooling.

    Enclosure: For the prototype and low-volume production, we have a 5 axis CNC machining center to complete and then do hard anodizing process to protect the surface. When mass production, we will have plastic tooling to complete.
