Explore our top-tier manufacturing solutions tailored for the rapidly growing industrial sectors in Tashkent, Samarkand, and across Uzbekistan.
We aim to delight our global customers with a highly flexible rapid prototype, precision CNC machining, and plastic injection molding services. At 2010, Creatingtec Rapid Manufacturing Limited was started by two experienced mechanical engineers with an extensive background in precision machining and plastic injection mold tool manufacture. With an initial investment in two CNC machines, we quickly expanded our manufacturing capabilities to include CNC machining, injection molding, and molding production shop in our 2000m2 manufacturing facility.
Located in Wuhan, and with customers from all over the world—including the emerging markets of Central Asia and Uzbekistan—we have amassed extensive experience in developing hardware and components. We have a wide range of experience producing parts and complete products with varying levels of complexity from many different industries. This experience has enabled our team to develop in-depth knowledge when it comes to ensuring parts are made right the first time.
Under our ISO9001-2005 Quality Management System, we have developed robust and reliable procedures for managing projects. We have five inspectors that not only perform first-article, in-process, and final inspection, but they also work side by side with our shop floor staff to ensure that we meet our customers' requirements.
For the next decade, Creatingtec continuously devoted engineering technologies, precision machines equipment, digital manufacturing, and workers training to promote product design, manufacturing capabilities to serve our global customers.
Creatingtec’s vision to help global customers accelerate innovation from design, prototype, production to marketing. We shape the future by bringing customer ideas to life across every stage of their product life cycle.

Analyzing the business landscape, technological adoption, and future trends of digital manufacturing in Central Asia's fastest-growing economy.
Uzbekistan is currently undergoing a massive industrial renaissance, transitioning from traditional resource-based economics to a highly diversified, technology-driven manufacturing hub in Central Asia. As foreign direct investments flow into regions like Tashkent, Navoi, and Andijan, the demand for agile, cost-effective, and highly precise manufacturing solutions has skyrocketed. This is where 3D Rapid Companies & Service in Uzbekistan are playing a transformative role. The traditional manufacturing supply chain, which often required months for tooling and prototyping, is being rapidly replaced by digital manufacturing, CNC machining, and 3D printing technologies.
The local business landscape is highly receptive to rapid prototyping. In the automotive sector, centered heavily around the Asaka plant in the Andijan region, the need for custom automotive fixtures, dashboard prototypes, and engine component testing is constant. By leveraging rapid tooling and low-volume manufacturing, automotive suppliers in Uzbekistan can drastically reduce their time-to-market. Furthermore, the agricultural machinery sector—vital to Uzbekistan's cotton and wheat production—relies heavily on rapid prototyping to test durable, weather-resistant components before committing to full-scale plastic injection molding or metal casting.
Looking at the industry's development trends, there is a clear shift towards Industry 4.0 integration. Uzbekistan's government initiatives aimed at digitalizing the economy have encouraged local enterprises to adopt CAD/CAM software, AI-driven quality inspection, and automated CNC machining. The trend of "Bridge Production"—moving seamlessly from a 3D printed prototype to low-volume CNC machining, and finally to mass injection molding—is becoming the standard operating procedure for tech startups and established manufacturers in Tashkent's IT Park and industrial zones.
Moreover, the mining and metallurgy sectors in regions like Navoi and Almalyk require highly robust, custom-engineered replacement parts. Heavy machinery downtime costs millions, and traditional supply chains for replacement parts can take weeks. Rapid CNC machining and vacuum casting services provide an immediate solution, allowing these massive industrial complexes to reverse-engineer and manufacture critical hydraulic valve blocks and heavy-duty gears locally or through reliable global partners like Creatingtec, ensuring continuous operation and massive cost savings.
How rapid manufacturing technologies are being applied across Uzbekistan's core industries.
Uzbekistan is a major agricultural producer. Rapid prototyping is heavily utilized to design and test custom harvester blades, irrigation system nozzles, and tractor dashboard components. 3D printing allows for the rapid iteration of ergonomic and durable parts designed specifically for the harsh Central Asian climate.
With a booming automotive industry in the Fergana Valley, rapid tooling and CNC machining are critical for producing low-volume test batches of interior trims, lighting housings, and complex engine brackets. This ensures rigorous verification of new automotive designs before full-scale production begins.
As a global leader in cotton processing and textiles, Uzbekistan's factories require continuous maintenance and upgrades. Rapid services provide custom-machined loom parts, specialized gears, and lightweight plastic injection-molded components that keep textile production lines running efficiently without waiting for overseas OEM parts.
In the resource-rich regions of Navoi, precision CNC machining is used to create complex hydraulic valve blocks and durable metal components for mining excavators and gas extraction equipment. Vacuum casting is also utilized to create highly durable polyurethane seals and custom gaskets required for high-pressure environments.
Creatingtec is committed to providing top quality rapid prototyping, rapid tooling, precision CNC machining, metal sheet fabrication services.
