The main challenge is the whole projects including plastic, metal and electronic devices assembly. The product parts appearance requirement is very high, ask us to inspect 100% without any flaw, and aluminum parts ask to make more 7 different anodizing colors without any color distinction, then assembly with plastic parts. The final assembly that customers offer us the electronic devices for testing out and assembly.

Our engineering team make the production feasibility analysis for project before production, since this is one full project assembly.

The plastic parts, we make DFM report, Tooling layout, and mold flow analysis to ensure the 1st shot succeed.

The metal parts, we also make CNC program simulate to ensure tool path planning before production.

These practices are typically repeated in any CNC machining project and casting process, the cutting programs used are unique for each part. We had to consider things like machine type, part geometry, tool type, and raw material, and steel materials.

In our prototype workshop, our mechanician will make the prototype succeed, and offers production feasible suggestion.

Most of the consumer electronics products including the plastic parts, metal parts, and electronic devices three parts then assembly together. And at stage of prototype for plastic parts, the product feature is very complex, so we have to use 5-axis CNC machining center, or Vacuum casting process to achieve. Of course, the product appearance includes better appearance, like anodizing, powder coat, silk-screen and more.

Injection tooling parts ask us to further consider the whole process from single part machining, surface coating, and assembly, this is one very complex process.

After most of the electronic device parts are CNC machined and plastic tooling, we will provide good finishing like anodizing, powder coating, and silk-screen.

We will ship these parts to our customers for assembling and testing out and will follow each of the details for parts function and a testing requirement to meet customers, then get us timely comments for new parts improvement, will do next production more perfect and smooth.
