    How To Understand and Make The Whole Project?

    First, Creatingtec team conducted a careful design overview to understand the parts and suggest improvements when possible. Then, we makes the product DFM and projects purposed report for review before production.

    The first run of prototypes was CNC machined from aluminum in a 5-step process:

    These practices are typically repeated in any CNC machining project and casting process, the cutting programs used are unique for each part. We had to consider things like machine type, part geometry, tool type, and raw material, and steel materials.
