What's The Project Challenge For The Projects?
⚠️ Key Challenge: Product thickness ranges from 60–90mm with heterogeneous features. All parts must be assembled and function precisely together.
Our engineering team utilizes extended cutting tools along with 5-axis and 3+2 axis CNC milling machines to complete these complex geometries. By rotating the workpiece at different angles, all threaded holes are machined with precision to ensure perfect assembly.
How To Understand and Make The Parts?
First, we conducted a careful design overview to understand the parts and suggest improvements when possible. Then, we applied Positive Material Identification (PMI) to test the composition of the alloys used in the tools and parts.
The first run of prototypes was CNC machined from aluminum in a 5-step process:

The prototypes were sent to our model shop and trusted partners for polishing to achieve a reflective and shiny appearance, powder coating for a more durable protective finish, and silver anodizing to create a beautiful clear finish that enhances resistance to corrosion and wear.
