What's The Project Challenge For The Projects?
The main challenge is the whole project including plastic, metal and electronic devices assembly. The product parts appearance requirement is very high, asking us to inspect 100% without any flaw, and aluminum parts ask to make more than 7 different anodizing colors without any color distinction, then assembly with plastic parts. The final assembly includes electronic devices provided by customers for testing and assembly.
Our engineering team make the production feasibility analysis for the project before production, since this is one full project assembly.

🔧 Metal Parts: We also make CNC program simulation to ensure tool path planning before production.
How To Understand and Make The Whole Project?
First, Creatingtec team conducted a careful design overview to understand the parts and suggest improvements when possible. Then, we make the product DFM and project purposed report for review before production.
The first run of prototypes was CNC machined from aluminum in a 5-step process:
- CNC Program the Machines and Vacuum casting process.
- Engineering Review and Revise The Production Process.
- Mount the Workpiece on the Machine and Adjust the Setup.
- Monitor Production and All Functions.
- Do adjustment the Cutting and Casting Programs When Necessary.
These practices are typically repeated in any CNC machining project and casting process; the cutting programs used are unique for each part. We had to consider things like machine type, part geometry, tool type, raw material, and steel materials.
In our prototype workshop, our mechanician will make the prototype succeed, and offers production feasible suggestions.
