- ⚙️ The big valve body contains multiple runners, including straight and inclined holes. POM material is very prone to deformation, making precision critical.
- 🔩 Upper and lower 6 holes are not in a straight line — all holes must be connected. Upper hole: Ø8mm, lower hole: Ø6mm, inclined holes: 6 total.
- 🔄 We rotate to 5 different locations for machining to achieve all runner connections accurately.
