● Own 5 sets 5-axis CNC machining centers, 8 sets 3+2 axis CNC milling machines, 10 sets 3-axis CNC machining, CNC turning and 8 sets injection machines.
● 2 sets slow-EDM, 2 sets larger Lathe, and 2 sets grinding machines under 0.005mm tight tolerance.
● Secondary finishing including anodizing, powder coating and more.
What's The Project Challenge For The Projects?
The main challenge is the product appearance and tolerance. The customer asked us to inspect 100% and provide a dimension report. Inspection facilities were provided to check parts one by one, without any deformation or color deviation. The customer provided electronic parts for assembly testing. The delivery time is 25 days for 500 sets of goods.

How To Understand and Make The Whole Project?
First, the Creatingtec team conducted a careful design overview to understand the parts and suggest improvements when possible. Then, we make the product DFM and project purpose report for review before production.
For plastic parts, our engineering team holds new product meetings to analyze the whole product, ensuring smooth production tooling and reducing trial mold time.

- 1 Our engineer makes DFM report and mold flow analysis for review before tooling.
- 2 Engineering review and revise the production process.
- 3 Mount the workpiece on the machine and adjust the setup.
- 4 Monitor production and all functions.
- 5 Adjust the cutting and casting programs when necessary.
These practices are typically repeated in any injection tooling project and CNC machining process. The cutting programs used are unique for each part — we consider machine type, part geometry, tool type, raw material, and steel materials.
In our prototype workshop, our mechanicians will make the prototype succeed and offer production feasibility suggestions.
