What's The Project Challenge For The Projects?

    • The main challenge is the product feature is very complex, the dimension tolerance is very high, ask us to inspect these key dimension by CMM, and assembly testing out.
    • The product feature is whole cambered surface, we have to use 5 axis CNC milling, and machining these hook face in different angle, all of these holes are precision hole. Need to be assembled.

How To Understand and Make The Parts?

First, we conducted a careful design overview to understand the parts and suggest improvements when possible. Then, we applied Positive Material Identification (PMI) to test the composition of the alloys used in the tools and parts.

🔧 Fabricating The Prototypes and Low-Volume Production

The first run of prototypes was CNC machined from components in a 5-step process:

    1. 1 CNC Program the Machines
    2. 2 Engineering Review and Improve the Codes
    3. 3 Mount the Workpiece on the Machine and Adjust the Setup
    4. 4 Monitor Production and All Functions
    5. 5 Do Adjustment the Cutting Programs When Necessary

These practices are typically repeated in any CNC machining project, the cutting programs used are unique for each parts. We had to consider things like machine type, part geometry, tool type, and raw material and more factors to machining process.

If these prototypes need to have coating, we will send out to our trusted partner for polishing, and surface coating to achieve high standard, the surface coating have silver anodizing, power coating, and chemical nickel-plating and more.

How To Develop and Manufacturing CNC Machining Automotive Parts

Most of the automotive parts' CNC machined machining included rapid prototype and volume production when we make the 1-5 prototype, we have to consider using 5 axis-CNC machines and turn-mill combination to manufacture them, then have after machining finishing process. So the whole manufacturing cost is very higher.

Automotive parts need us to further consider the whole process from single part machining, surface coating, and assembly, this is one very complex process.

We are dedicated to rapid prototype and low volume production for automotive parts and provide fast feedback and delivery to you with high quality. We want to make whole industry automotive parts CNC machined serve for you, provide you customized parts whatever you will need 1 pc or more 100pc, we can meet your expectation.

When you have these aero parts CNC machined inquire or customized parts, you can send out inquire to below email address so our engineer team will discuss with you on each of production details, whatever you will ask 1pc or more 100pc, we will make the best support to you based on cost-effective, tell us your requirement or expectation, our team will make it for you. You can start a new project now.

What's The Surface Finishing Can Be Done After CNC Machining?

After most of the automotive parts are CNC machined, we will provide good finishing like anodizing, powder coating, nickel coating, hard anodizing and more.

✔ Anodizing ✔ Powder Coating ✔ Nickel Coating ✔ Hard Anodizing

And for steel, we offers passivation, power coating, hardness.
