From aluminum 3D printing to precision CNC machining, we deliver high-quality components for Irish businesses and international clients across every industry.

We aim to delight our global customers with a highly flexible rapid prototype, precision CNC machining and plastic injection molding services. At 2010, Creatingtec Rapid Manufacturing Limited was started by two experienced mechanical engineers with an extensive background in precision machining and plastic injection mold tool manufacture. With an initial investment in two CNC machines, we quickly expanded our manufacturing capabilities to include CNC machining, injection molding, and molding production shop in our 2000m² manufacturing facility.
Located in Wuhan, and with customers from all over the world — including a growing base of clients in Ireland — we have amassed extensive experience in developing hardware and components. We have a wide range of experience producing parts and complete products with varying levels of complexity from many different industries.
Under our ISO9001-2005 Quality Management System, we have developed robust and reliable procedures for managing projects. We have five inspectors that not only perform first-article, in-process, and final inspection, but they also work side by side with our shop floor staff to ensure that we meet our customers' requirements.

Creatingtec is committed to providing top quality rapid prototyping, rapid tooling, precision CNC machining, metal sheet fabrication services.
We provide high quality design and manufacturing solutions that can have your design finished in a matter of hours. This gives you the opportunity to rigorously verify your new products, and make all the needed changes to perfect your design before it goes into full-scale production.
For the next decade, Creatingtec continuously devotes engineering technologies, precision machine equipment, digital manufacturing and worker training to promote products design and manufacturing capabilities to serve our global customers — including a rapidly growing client base across Ireland and the wider EU market.
Creatingtec's vision is to help global customers accelerate innovation from design, prototype, production to marketing. We shape the future by bringing customer ideas to life across every stage of their product life cycle.
Ireland has emerged as one of Europe's most dynamic hubs for advanced manufacturing and technology. The aluminum 3D printing sector is rapidly gaining momentum, driven by demand from pharma, medtech, aerospace, and agri-tech industries.
Ireland is home to 9 of the world's top 10 pharmaceutical companies and a thriving medtech cluster, particularly in Galway, Cork, and Dublin. Aluminum 3D printing enables rapid prototyping of device housings, surgical tools, and custom implant components with biocompatible precision — reducing lead times from weeks to days for Irish medtech firms.
Shannon and Dublin airport regions support a growing aerospace MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) sector. Lightweight aluminum 3D-printed brackets, ducts, and structural components are increasingly specified by Irish aerospace suppliers seeking to reduce weight and improve fuel efficiency in compliance with EASA standards.
Ireland's agricultural heritage is evolving with smart technology. From precision irrigation fittings to custom food-grade equipment housings, aluminum 3D printing delivers corrosion-resistant, lightweight parts that meet hygiene standards — supporting the modernisation of Irish farming and food processing operations.
Ireland hosts the European headquarters of Google, Meta, Amazon, and Microsoft. The data centre boom drives demand for custom aluminum heat sinks, enclosures, and cooling components — all ideally suited to aluminum additive manufacturing for rapid deployment and thermal performance.
With growing EV supply chain activity in Ireland, automotive engineers increasingly rely on aluminum 3D printing for prototype battery housings, motor mounts, and structural brackets. The ability to iterate designs rapidly is critical for Irish automotive R&D teams working to tight development schedules.
Dublin's ongoing construction boom and architectural innovation projects are adopting aluminum 3D printing for bespoke facade elements, structural nodes, and custom hardware that traditional fabrication cannot economically produce in small quantities — making additive manufacturing a cost-effective solution for Irish architects and contractors.
The Irish manufacturing sector is undergoing a digital transformation. Here are the key trends driving adoption of aluminum additive manufacturing across the island of Ireland.
Our manufacturing process ensures that each and every one of our customers receives a comprehensive solution for any need they may have — including complex and precision parts like optical components, automotive parts, medical devices, and aerospace parts. No matter how complicated your project, we work it out together.

Aluminum remains the material of choice for engineers across Ireland's key industries. Its exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance, and machinability make it ideal for additive manufacturing applications from Dublin to Galway.
