At 2010, Creatingtec Rapid Manufacturing Limited was started by two experienced mechanical engineers with an extensive background in precision machining and plastic injection mold tool manufacture. With an initial investment in two CNC machines, we quickly expanded our manufacturing capabilities to include CNC machining, injection molding, and molding production shop in our 2000m2 manufacturing facility.
Located in Wuhan, and with customers from all over the world, we have amassed extensive experience in developing hardware and components. We have a wide range of experience producing parts and complete products with varying levels of complexity from many different industries. This experience has enabled our team to develop in-depth knowledge when it comes to ensuring parts are made right the first time.

3D printing allows for the creation of variable-rate nozzles that can adjust droplet size and spray patterns. This is critical for irrigation systems where water conservation is paramount. By printing with chemical-resistant polymers, we create nozzles that withstand fertilizers and pesticides without degrading.
The "Smart Farm" relies on sensors that monitor soil moisture, humidity, and temperature. We manufacture custom enclosures for these sensors using 3D printing and CNC machining, ensuring they are waterproof (IP67/68 rated) and rugged enough for harsh field environments.
One of the biggest challenges in agriculture is maintaining old machinery. When a part for a 20-year-old irrigation pump is discontinued, our manufacturing factory can reverse-engineer and 3D print a replacement part, saving the farmer from replacing the entire system.
